INSTRUCTOR BIO
Damian is a psychologist, qigong lineage holder, and spiritual teacher based in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Certified as a qigong instructor in 1999 at age 19, he has been teaching continuously since 2000 and conducting teacher trainings since 2015.
His training spans multiple traditional lineages: 7 Lotos Qigong, 1 Finger Zen Qigong under Sifu Peng Jui Ling, Pak Hok Pai with Sifu Vincent Chow, Nam Pai Chuan with Sifu Christopher Lee, and Alchemical Taoism with Sifu Carlos de León. His foundational training was with Sifu Emir Dupeyron.
Damian teaches qigong as a traditional practice delivered through a scientific framework with deep psycho-emotional emphasis. His approach integrates the Wu Xing (Five Elements) model for shadow work, combining ancient somatic technologies with contemporary psychological understanding. He currently runs Digital Dojo, a daily practice membership community serving a bilingual international audience.
