Whether you’re new to Pilates, returning to movement after injury, or simply looking for a more personalized approach, private sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Together, we’ll focus on building strength, improving mobility, reducing tension, and helping you feel more confident in your body — at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.
You do not need to be flexible, experienced, or “in shape” to begin. Many clients come to Pilates while navigating pain, stress, postural issues, rehabilitation, or life transitions. Every session is tailored to your body, your goals, and how you’re feeling that day.
This is a space to move safely, reconnect with your body, and feel supported every step of the way.

Group Class Descriptions
-
This Open level class will challenge you to build healthy alignment and strength from your inside (core) out. Combining pilates mat exercises, the use of props, and Barre, you will learn to build balanced strength to promote better movement both on and off the mat. With consistent practice, the tools learned in class will help to build strength, not only in the core but, in all areas of the body. Other benefits include injury prevention, increased energy, and improved posture.
-
A low impact, full-body workout that focuses on building core strength, flexibility, balance, and muscular endurance. Working on the reformer also addresses muscle imbalances, improves posture and reduces tension for optimal body function. The spring tension can be adjusted for every level making it a great workout for everyone’s unique needs.
-
Similar to a trampoline, this class uses a jumpboard on the reformer to add some short but intense jumping intervals to safely increase your heart rate. The class is designed to improve deep core stabilization, coordination, cardiovascular health, flexibilty, and total body strength.
-
An invigorating mat pilates class with the heat set at 95 degrees to initiate a detoxifying sweat that increases flexibility and circulation.
In this class we move through both standing and mat exercises to strengthen, tone, and increase range of motion throughout the whole body.
