MEET STACEY
I believe wellness is personal — and that feeling strong, balanced, and connected looks different for everyone. One of the things I love most about coaching and teaching Pilates is supporting people in a way that feels realistic, encouraging, and sustainable for their lives.
Pilates has been a powerful part of my own wellness journey. I love how it combines mindful movement, strength, breath, and flexibility, helping both body and mind feel stronger and more grounded. It became especially meaningful during my recovery from a serious wrist injury, helping me reconnect with my strength through mindful movement and feel empowered again.
Outside of teaching and coaching, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, dancing and finding inspiration in nature, music, and movement.
